In 2014, Mike Barker was brainstorming ways to market himself while also adding to the local real estate community. He came up with hosting a comedy show.

In 2015, the Women’s Council of Realtors was ready to shake up its annual fundraising event. Last Realtor Standing was born. The organization was the beneficiary of the show for three years running before Barker was ready to take it to the next level.

Today, it is is its own 502(c)(3) organization with a board consisting of Barker, his wife, Shelly, and Sarah Miller of Keller Williams Capital Partners
